Public Hearing:

On proposed action to institute proceedings to enter into a loan and disbursement agreement with Iowa Finance Authority in a principal amount not to exceed $890,000 for the purpose of paying the cost, to that extent, of constructing improvements and extensions to the municipal sanitary sewer system.

City Council Meeting Agenda:

• Consideration of Resolution taking additional action with respect to a Sewer Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement; and authorizing, approving and securing the payment of a $140,000 Interim Loan and Disbursement Agreement (Project Note) pursuant to Section 76.13 of the Code of Iowa.
